Who We Are

This website, https://jaxdogdrop.com, is operated by Zoomies Dog Care LLC, doing business as Jax Dog Drop (“Jax Dog Drop,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We provide dog daycare, boarding and training in Washington State’s Eastside, with locations in Redmond, Bellevue and Issaquah (1400 19th Ave NW, Issaquah, WA 98027).

This policy explains what information we collect through our website and related communications, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. If you have questions, see “Contact Us” at the end.

Information We Collect

Information you provide:

  • Forms. When you use our contact, lead, meet & greet or vaccination-record forms, we collect your name, email address, phone number, information about your dog, and anything else you choose to include.
  • Vaccination records. If you upload your dog’s vaccination records, we receive the files and the information in them.
  • Class and event bookings. When you book a training class or event, our booking system creates a customer account with your name, email address and phone number, along with your booking details.
  • Daycare and boarding accounts. Daycare and boarding accounts and reservations are managed in PawPartner, a third-party pet care software. Our website links to the PawPartner customer login. Information you enter there is handled by PawPartner on our behalf.
  • Communications. When you email, call or text us, we keep the information you share, such as your contact details and your messages.

Information collected automatically:

When you visit our website, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information using cookies, pixels and similar technologies. This may include your IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, links clicked, referring website, approximate location, and the date and time of your visit.

Information from payment processors:

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card details are entered into and handled by Stripe; we do not store your full card number. Stripe may share limited information with us, such as your name, the amount paid, the date of the transaction, and whether the payment succeeded.

How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Manage bookings for daycare, boarding, training classes, events and meet & greets.
  • Care for your dog, including understanding your dog’s needs and contacting you about your dog while in our care.
  • Confirm vaccination compliance so that all dogs in our care meet our health requirements.
  • Communicate with you about inquiries, reservations, payments, schedule changes and other service matters.
  • Market our services, such as sending updates or offers and showing ads to people who have visited our site. You can opt out at any time (see “Your Choices and Rights”).
  • Understand and improve our website through analytics.
  • Keep our website secure and prevent fraud, spam and abuse.
  • Meet legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce our policies.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

Our website uses cookies and similar tools for the following purposes:

  • Analytics. We use Google Analytics 4 (set up through the MonsterInsights and Google Site Kit plugins) to understand how visitors use our site. Jetpack, provided by Automattic, also collects site statistics and supports security features.
  • Advertising. We use Google Ads conversion tracking and remarketing, and the Meta (Facebook) pixel, to measure how well our ads work and to show our ads to people who have visited our site.
  • Site functions. Tools like LiteSpeed Cache (for site speed), Popup Maker (for on-site messages) and our forms and booking plugins may use cookies to make the site work properly.
  • Embedded video. Pages with video (shown with Presto Player and, in some cases, embedded from services such as YouTube or Vimeo) may let those services set cookies or collect information when you view the video.

You can limit tracking in several ways:

  • Manage Google ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com.
  • Install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
  • Adjust your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account settings (Meta ad preferences).
  • Use your browser settings to block or delete cookies. Some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.

Who We Share Information With

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only as described here:

  • Service providers that help us run our business and website, including Hostinger (website hosting), WordPress and its plugins (including WPForms for forms and Amelia for class and event bookings), Stripe (payments), PawPartner (daycare and boarding accounts and reservations), Google (analytics and advertising), Meta (advertising), Automattic/Jetpack (statistics and security), and providers of email, phone and video services. These providers handle information under their own terms and privacy policies.
  • Veterinarians in an emergency involving your dog, or when needed for your dog’s health and safety.
  • Legal and safety reasons, when we believe it is required by law, legal process or government request, or needed to protect the rights, property or safety of our customers, our staff, the dogs in our care, or others.
  • Business transfers, if our business is sold, merged or reorganized, in which case information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

Data Retention

We keep personal information for as long as we need it to provide our services, maintain records of your dog’s care and vaccinations, meet legal, tax and accounting requirements, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When we no longer need it, we delete it or keep it in a form that no longer identifies you. Our service providers may keep information according to their own retention practices.

Security

We use reasonable measures to protect your information, including relying on established service providers for hosting, payments and customer accounts. However, no website, internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please keep any account passwords private.

Your Choices and Rights

  • Access and correction. You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you or ask us to correct it.
  • Deletion. You can ask us to delete your personal information. We may need to keep some information, such as records needed for legal, accounting or safety purposes.
  • Marketing opt-out. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails using the link in the email, or contact us. We may still send you service-related messages about your reservations and your dog.
  • Cookies and ads. See “Cookies and Tracking Technologies” above for ways to limit tracking.
