Traveling, working late, or just need a hand during a busy week? Jax Dog Drop Bellevue is right in Newport Hills, and it gives your dog a clean, safe place to play all day and a cozy spot to sleep at night, so you can get on with your plans without worrying. Our Bellevue location has an outdoor fenced yard where dogs can run, play and socialize.
Services at our Bellevue location
- Overnight boarding: boarding dogs join daycare during the day at no extra charge, then settle into a suite for the night.
- Dog daycare: supervised play and rest, open 7 days a week.
- Self-wash: walk-ins welcome Monday through Saturday. Our professional bathing stations come with three shampoos, ear and face wash, towels and a dryer. See self-wash
All our training classes are held at our Issaquah location, along with Training Camp and Companion C.A.M.P.
What a boarding stay looks like
Your dog spends the day with the pack, playing in groups matched to size and play style, resting when they need to, and getting plenty of attention from our handlers. At night they sleep on a cot in a spacious suite with their own things from home. We feed and give medications exactly as you tell us, with no extra charge when you send your dog's own food. We recommend bringing their usual food, treats, toys and blanket, and everything is kept separate from other dogs. If you forget the food, a high-quality house dry food is available for a per-cup charge.
Each boarding night is a 24-hour stay, and any extra time is charged as daycare. Nightly rates are the same at all three locations, and longer stays get a lower rate. See boarding rates.
How to get started
Dogs must pass a daycare Meet & Greet before they can board, because boarders spend their days in daycare.
- Register for Bellevue on the Meet & Greet page and book a weekday slot online: 9 AM–1 PM, 10 AM–2 PM or 1 PM–5 PM.
- Send records through the vaccination form, or email them to riverdog@jaxdogdrop.com.
- Requirements: current Bordetella, Rabies and DHPP, a negative fecal exam every 6 months, flea and tick prevention, spayed or neutered by 7 months, and good health.

Bellevue FAQ
Can I drop off or pick up on holidays? On Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve and New Year's Day, we care for boarded dogs only, with no drop-off or pickup. Hours may be limited on Memorial Day, Labor Day and from December 22 through January 2.
What if my dog gets sick or hurt? We call you right away. Our Pet First Aid and CPR certified staff give immediate care, and if needed we'll take your dog to your vet.
How much is boarding? Regular nights are $75 for 1–13 nights, $70 for 14–29 nights and $66 for 30 or more. Holiday boarding is $85 a night.
